This is sort of scary! Anyway, I was inspired by the sweet little birds in our cherry tree. They’re so funny hopping around the ground carrying cherries in their mouths. The squirrels are involved, as well. They hang from the outer branches and feast on the cherries. I started with pan pastels, pencils and then some acrylic. Got out of control! .BTW I just made comments today on last weeks work! Just wanted people to know that they are late but there!
The birds are wonderful, feasting on cherries! To me it almost looked like a Christmas card at first. It’s charming!
You always have the best stories with your wildlife pictures. How lucky are you, you get to watch nature and paint or sketch right out your window.
This is pretty cool with all the activity and a great story that could be part of a children’s book.
