That’s a very warm and cozy-looking cottage. I’ll bet there are apples in that cart too. It tells a great story!
Again I feel like I’m in “the old country” neat cottage.

This painting has a light, sun drenched feel to me. The high key colors and the color white as a unifying element is unusual and effective. It looks like a watercolor to me. Go Fred!
It is such a peaceful scene! I especially like the trees in the background and the smoke pouring out of the chimney. It sort of sparkles!
