   When I looked at it for some reason it made me feel like it might be in some place like Scotland!

   I had the same thought! Looks like a cottage in the rugged landscape of Scotland or Ireland. Kind of a little Hobbit house. It is so nestled into the landscape. The house, trees and brush are so well done.

   I love the tucked in position and feeling of the cottage. Your lost edges at the back of the house really nestle it. I also like the way you used the rhythms of grasses at a diagonal to lead me to the distant surrounding dunes… giving me a sense of place in this sea of sand. I think the blue in the distant dunes really works to balances all that warmth.. Beautiful!

   Your brushwork evokes the windswept feeling of the dunes very well. All the movement of the diagonals. In the background are nicely contrasted with the solid little cottage.
